A number of our developments have been carried out as highly successful joint ventures and the Holmes 'one team' approach has produced some very successful design build projects.
Beginning with Holmes Construction as an intermediate quantity surveyor, Marc is now our director and senior estimator.
Marc is highly proficient at the estimating process from a holistic perspective. He works closely with our clients at the concept stage in order to provide cost planning and budgeting services.
Andy started as an apprentice carpenter at Holmes Construction and is now our managing director.
Developed from industry experience in New Zealand and international markets, Andy brings a wealth of knowledge to his project management and estimating work.
As project manager and director, Ben is currently working on a diverse set of projects for Holmes. Previously working as a qualified carpenter, Ben has spent time developing his skills locally and abroad; returning to Holmes Construction with highly refined management and interpersonal skills.
Due to his dedication to quality workmanship and experience in project management, Wayne is highly regarded by us, and his clients. Experience in local government, overseas markets, and establishment in carpentry has allowed Wayne to succeed at Holmes Construction.
With over two decades of experience in the industry, Quintin has found his niche in quantity surveying. Pulling together his diverse experience from carpentry to project management, and finally his current role, Quintin delivers top class financial management and estimates.
Holding his Masters in Quantity Surveying from Herriot Watt University, Blair started as a quantity surveyor with Holmes Construction in 2016. Previously Blair working in Western Australian oil and gas, mining, and agricultural industries in various site and office based roles.
Joe joined Holmes Construction in 2018, having previously run a boutique construction company in Wellington. Joe has experience in both commercial and residential construction and has a passion for the industry. Joe is a qualified carpenter and is currently studying for a Masters degree in Construction through Massey University in Auckland.
Manesh has recently joined the Holmes Construction team as our commercial manager. Since completing Bachelors degrees in Building Science and Commerce, Manesh has developed an excellent understanding of construction contracts, procurement, management from roles on both client and contractor sides of commercial projects.
