Holmes has been operating in the Wairarapa for 50 years and Wellington for 12 years as a building contractor. From humble beginnings these two companies now turn over in excess of thirty million dollars per annum.

Requests from existing clients to service the Manawatu, Kapiti and Rangitikei regions have prompted our decision to open an office in Palmerston North. This gives us the ability to operate effectively throughout the lower North Island.

We have a small but busy design office that is available to assist in designing projects (new homes, additions and alterations, commercial buildings and office restaurant and bar fitouts) from concept right through to resource and building consent stage.
